Victor Matemadanda Warns ZANU PF Against Firing Killer Zivhu

ZANU PF Political Commissar, Victor Matemadanda has warned the ruling ZANU PF against expelling Chivi South legislator, Killer Zimvhu who is currently on suspension.

Zivhu was suspended for allegedly abusing social media platforms after he tweeted that president Emmerson Mnangagwa and leader of opposition MDC, Nelson Chamisa must find each other and dialogue.

ZANU PF Masvingo Provincial leadership suspended him and were calling for his dismissal from the party after he also defied party orders not to hold and party or Parliamentary business in his constituency.

Addressing the Masvingo Provincial Coordinating Committee (PCC) at Victoria Junior School recently, Matemadanda warned that expelling party members only worked to weaken the party. He said:

When one of the firewood produces smoke, you do not have to remove it. You must leave it in the fireplace so that it can be assisted by others to catch fire than removing it.

If you keep on removing firewood, you may end up without any in your fireplace.

So you should help each other to reform than dismissing those who are found violating the party rules and regulations.

His remarks also come when the party’s restructuring process in preparation of the 2023 elections is said to have already started.
