The Pope has responded to the viral video in which he is seen slapping a lady’s hand to free himself from her grip at the Vatican’s St. Peter’s Square before the New Year, USA Today reports.
According to the publication The Pope apologised as he was delivering his New Year’s Wishes to the public at St Peter’s Square in The Vatican. Said the Pope:
So many times we lose patience. Me, too. I say ‘excuse me’ for the bad example.
