Reports have suggested that Schools and Examination centres are hacking some students accounts to bar them from accessing their results online.
This is reportedly done to force students to clear their fees arrears and all schools need to do is just create an account in the name of the student. When the student tries to create an account they will be told the account already exists.
Meanwhile, one can bypass that and can still access results and below we provide the steps one needs to take.
- Visit the Zimsec Web portal
- Click on the reset-password button (this will allow students to recreate their accounts.)
- Pick a new username and password and use your candidate number and other details.
