Liverpool Very Close To Breaking Arsenal's All-Time Record For Longest Unbeaten EPL Run

Liverpool FC last night moved closer to breaking Arsenal’s record for the longest unbeaten Premier League run after beating West Ham 2-0.

The Reds got their goals from Mohamed Salah and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in both halves of the match.

The win brings their unbeaten Premier League run to 41 and they are now eight behind Arsenal’s all-time record of 49 which was achieved by Arsene Wenger during the 2003-04 season.

Although the Merseyside outfit is yet to catch up with the Gunners, the Reds continue their club-record unbeaten streak under Jurgen Klopp.

Liverpool have this season beaten all the 19 EPL teams, they have been unbeaten in the EPL for over a year now and they are also surpassing records set by some of the greatest English teams of all-time.

The kicker here is that every team on this list won the league in the same campaign they embarked on their unbeaten streaks, except for the Reds of course and perhaps this is the season they change that particular unwanted statistic.
