Below is a picture circulating on social media which was purportedly taken from the Beitbridge Coronavirus Screening Centre.
The novel virus was first reported to the World Health Organisation (WHO) in December last year when it was discovered in China.
It has so far killed thousands of people and fears abound that it would kill more than ten million people in Africa as most of the health systems on the continent are collapsed.
The picture below does not portray a prepared nation to deal with the deadly virus despite authorities doing everything necessary and unnecessary to allay public fears.
Recently, a coronavirus case was quarantined again after authorities had discharged her saying that she had tested negative.
The case, a woman who had just arrived from China, could have infected lots of people during the week she has not been in quarantine.
