The state working on MDC Legislator Charlton Hwende‘s case is reportedly planning to visit Twitter Headquarters to try and retrieve a Tweet by Charlton Hwende which will help them make their subversion case against Hwende, the Daily News reports.
According to the publication, the development came to light after the state asked for a postponement of the trial to allow them to travel to Northern Ireland to Twitter headquarters to retrieve the January 2019 tweet that Hwende has disowned which said:
We can’t continue on this trajectory of failure and kwashiorkor of leadership. Enough is enough?
In January, citizens must organise themselves for a complete shutdown of the country. Stay at home, no one will shoot you.
