South Africa COVID-19 Cases Stands At 2506 With 34 Fatalities - SA Health Minister

According to the South African Health Minister, 34 people in South Africa have succumbed to COVID-19 and most of them were over 50 with pre-existing conditions, SABC reports. The Minister also said COVID-19 cases have soared to 2506 cases over the last few days:

Health Minister Zweli Mkhize has urged people to continue to stay at home as the total number of deaths reached 34 Wednesday. He says most of those who died had underlying health conditions and were older than 50. Mkhize also says the total number of coronavirus cases in the country stands at 2 506.
