Delish Nguway one of the Zimbabweans who is at the centre of the COVID gate scandal involving a company called Drax Consult SAGL that had a $60 Million deal with NatPham to supply medical supplies before it emerged it was inflating the prices of the material it was supplying the government is in court today.
The development was posted by Zimlive On Twitter in a tweet that said;
#HAPPENINGNOW Delish Nguwaya, the Zimbabwe representative of Drax Consult SAGL in court this hour, prosecutors set to read out fraud charges accusing him of duping Zimbabwe government into believing that Drax was a medical company. Drax given a US$60m tender for medical supplies
The exact charges levelled against Nguwaya are still not known. We will update this article as new details emerge.
