Chivi villagers turned up at a parliamentary public hearing to give their input on the proposed Constitutional Amendment No.2 Bill, which seeks to introduce at least 27 amendments to the 2013 constitution.
Scores of villagers braved the chilly weather conditions to attend the meeting that was held in Chivi on Wednesday.
