The Ministry of Health and Child Care said 70 new coronavirus cases and 1 death were reported in the last 24 hours.
All the 70 cases are local and the death was reported from Manicaland Province.
The number of actives cases has risen to 1 076 while 62 total recoveries were reported.
As of August 21 2020, Zimbabwe had recorded 5 815 cases, 4 587 recoveries and 152 deaths.
