MDC Alliance Vice President Welshman Ncube spoke to SABC and said they were optimistic that when President Cyril Ramaphosa ‘s envoys come to Zimbabwe for a second meeting after the government reportedly barred them from meeting opposition parties when they came, the meeting will be fruitful and they will make their case as the MDC Alliance.
Ncube also spoke about the issue of legitimacy in which he said for decades Zimbabwe has had the same problem of disputed elections and the government cannot draw power from the people for that reason and the issue of legitimacy has to be solved first for the country to move forward.
