Local flights will resume soon in South Africa, as their government downgraded their lockdown to level 2 which allows inter-provincial travel without restrictions.
SABC spoke to the OR Tambo Airport Manager who explained the new regulations at their country’s busiest airport. The manager said there will be many checks in place and they will come across port health personnel who will ask questions and take their temperature among other safety measures.
