Last night the IOL News said a warrant of arrest had been issued for ANC Secretary-General Ace Magashule:

Magashule’s alleged imminent arrest is reportedly over his role in the controversial Vrede Dairy Farm project. He will be charged for his alleged ’’failure to exercise oversight’’ relating to the Vrede Dairy Farm investigation.
Ace Magashule is reportedly part of the team that has high profile ANC members implicated in the Vrede Dairy Farm scandal, and he has denied commenting about the issue and said:
I can’t talk of others. But we will see
Whilst the ANC has said Magashule acknowledged the warrant of arrest and said Mgashule has even engaged his legal team to deal with the issue:
Magashule speaking about the report said:
I’m aware. I’m aware. It’s going to be a Hollywood style type of thing. But we will see,
The Hawks have reportedly distanced themselves from the warrant of arrest reports according to eNCA which describes the warrant of arrest reports as a malicious intent to undermine the integrity of the organization.
Magashule was part of the delegation that came to Zimbabwe to have “frank talks” with Zanu PF.
