The Minister of Information Communication Technology (ICT), Postal and Courier Services, Jenfann Muswere, has dissolved the TelOne Board.
The board of directors was nearing the end of its term.
Technomag reports that some new board members of the State-Owned Enterprise are expected to be announced today as well.
This comes after the Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Professor Mthuli Ncube has hinted that State-Owned Enterprises are going for the merger.
Technomag also reports that details of what really transpired are still sketchy and it is also not clear whether all of the current board members have been sent packing or some will bounce back.
