The Ministry of Sports has given the following list of athletes who participated and won medals at the 2021 Fazza International World Para-Athletics Grand Prix in Dubai which started from the 9th to 14th February 2021.
Listed below are the names of the athletes who won medals at the Tokyo Olympics Qualifiers’ games:
- Vimbai Zvinowanda 1 bronze – 200m / T46
- Pamela Vimbai Shumba 1 bronze – 100m / T1
- Magret Bangajena 1 bronze – 800m / T54
- Albert Sigele 1 Silver – 1500m / T20
- Albert Sigele 1 bronze – 400m / T20
- Albert Sigele 1 bronze – long jump / T20
According to the Ministry of Sports Zimbabwe had athletes in the following categories:
- Visual Impaired Athletes
- Wheelchair Athletes
- Amputated Athletes, and
- Blade athlete
