Zimbabwe commemorated the 41st National Defence Forces Day on Tuesday 10 August State House grounds in compliance with COVID-19 protocols.
On this day Zimbabweans celebrate the dedication of the country’s uniformed forces and their commitment to protecting national sovereignty, upholding justice and maintaining law and order.
The Defence Forces commemorations, like all other years, were preceded by the Heroes Day Commemorations held at the National Heroes Acre on Monday 9 August.
