The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has received the postmortem report on the death of 41-year-old Tawanda Gregory Bobo, who was found hanging from a guava tree with two neckties at their rented Greengroove Drive house early Saturday.
His death came after a row with his wife Deliwe Chipo Mutandiro (30), a make-up artist whose clients include some of Harare’s rich and famous.
Deliwe and her sister Debra Mutandiro (38) recorded statements with the police Monday and were released.
Deliwe and Debra’s lawyer Dumisani Mthombeni told ZimLive that the two women are “protesting their innocence” after police said they were treating Tawanda’s death as suspicious.
Deliwe was at Parirenyatwa for the post-mortem, whose results will now direct the police investigation.
