15 Zimbabwean referees make 2017 FIFA panel
Vice-chairman of the Zimbabwe Referees Committee Gladmore Muzambi confirmed world football governing body, FIFA has confirmed all 15 referees and assistant referees recommended for the 2017 panel of international referees.
However, the list does not contain recently crowned Referee of the Year Ruzive Ruzive. It contains, 3 male referees and six assistant male referees. Three centre female referees as well as six assistant female referees. The list of referees is as follows:
Male referees: Norman Matemera, Nomore Musundire , Pilan Ncube
Male assistants: Thomas Kusosa, Luckson Mhara, Wirimai Muroiwa, Salani Ncube, Brighton Nyika, Edgar Rumeck
Female referees: Rusina Majo, Thanks Nyahuye, Tambudzai Tavengwa
