Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority (ZESA) seem to have jumped the gun by prematurely congratulating the President Robert Mugabe for a successful Zanu PF Conference. The conference only started uesterday and is scheduled to have an official opening on Friday. So it is quite surprising that ZESA posted a congratulatory advert in today’s Herald. This has led to accusations of bootlicking some people on social media.
