Buhera South legislator Joseph Chinotimba is in Dubai where he is representing Zimbabwe in the World Government Summit which is running under the theme of ‘Global Dialogue for Happiness’. The summit ran from 11 to 13 February. Chinotimba was accompanied by TV personality and talk-show host Mai Rebecca Chisamba and Minister of Labour and Social Welfare Petronella Kagonye who revealed that the trip was funded by the host country
Chinotimba was invited after he was named the Ambassador of Happiness in honour of his humorous character. In 2012, the United Nations (UN) adopted the International Day of Happiness through a resolution 66/281 and the day is celebrated on the 20th of March each year. Chinotimba who is popularly known as Chinoz launched a book titled ‘Masasi Achinoz’ in Harare last month.
