Prince Dube To Miss Today's Final Against Ngezi As He Was Called For National Duty Behind His Coach's Back

According to the Daily News, the red hot Highlanders player, Prince Dube will miss his team’s watershed final game against Ngezi Platinum as he was called for duty and travelled to Harare behind his coach’s back.

de Jongh expressed his displeasure on the arrangement and the fact that the Warriors’ managers went behind his back and broke their agreement as he had agreed that Prince will join the Warriors camp later on today.

Said de Jongh:

I did not release Prince. I agreed with national team coach Antipas that he will be released soon after our match against Ngezi and will fly to Harare soon after. The Highlanders CEO (Nhlanhla Dube) did organise the flight for Prince.

It is strange that the national team manager (Wellington Mpandare) called Prince directly behind my back and that of Antipas. How is it possible that the national team manager does not even consult the national team coach? Everything was done without me knowing.

Prince Dube will miss the Chibuku cup finals slated for today in Bulawayo.
