Vice President Constantino Chiwenga has appealed at the Supreme Court against a High Court judgment which ordered him, among other things to allow his estranged wife, Mary Mubaiwa-Chiwenga access to the couple’s Borrodale home and custody of children.
The appeal means that the High Court judgment giving victory to the former model is now suspended until appeal.
The wrangle for the custody of children, access to properties will therefore continue and the VP will continue to lock Marry outside of their Borrowdale home until the court has given a verdict.
