"Chamisa Promised You Bullet Trains & You Pushed For Live Bullets"4 years ago
Newly appointed MDC secretary for Education, Fadzayi Mahere, has reminded party leader Nelson Chamisa’s critics of his “fantastic” electoral promises and where the country is now at. She said:
I’ll never forget how Chamisa was trolled for dreaming of having a bullet train and spaghetti roads for Zim in the last election. He’s immature, they said.
They pushed for the guy wielding bullets and here we are – directionless with a dying economy, no fuel and no electricity.Feedback
Chamisa made electoral promises in the run-up to the 2018 general elections which were derided in some quarters as farfetched and unattainable.
However, the ZANU PF candidate, Emmerson Mnangagwa, went on to win the election with the Constitutional Court having to validate the victory.
