Video: David Coltart almost run over

In this video former Minister David Coltart, who was trying to talk to a driver who was driving on the wrong side of the wrong, almost gets seriously injured when the driver almost runs him over. This was after the scene of an accident.  The driver of the white mercedes seems to have been in  a hurry but he was not at his best behaviour, to say the least.
