Minister of State for Mashonaland East Provincial Affairs Retired Brigadier-General Ambrose Mutinhiri said that schools should engage in farming and stop depending on parents for money. Mutinhiri said that schools can also benefit from the Presidential Input Support Scheme.
Said Mutinhiri:
I suggest that schools should be given hectares of land and get the presidential inputs so that they can start agricultural projects and stop depending on parents. School Development Committee members should consider this idea.
