Kombie, Haulage Truck Collide In Msasa-Harare, Commuters Injured

A haulage truck was involved in an accident along the Harare-Mutare road in Msasa this morning. A commuter omnibus driver did not stop as he approached a red traffic light and went right through it resulting in the collision.

According to eyewitnesses, the accident occurred in the morning around 6 am and people who were in the commuter omnibus were injured. The driver of the haulage truck was lucky to escape alive when his vehicle overturned. Recently there has been a spike in the number of road traffic accidents and most of them are a result of human error.
