Kwese Play Apologises To Customers After "Deactivating" Accounts
Kwese Play has issued an apology to its customers after several complained of loss of service.
The problem has been experienced across Sub-Saharan Africa with users in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Ugandan expressed their disappointment over the disruption of service.
In a statement released on its Twitter handle, Kwese Play said:
Econet Media has noted that today customers received a notification on their Kwesé Play devices that they have been deactivated.
We apologise for this inconvenience and are working on resolving it.

According to TechZim, Kwesé Play was launched last year and is Econet’s Roku powered streaming platform that uses the internet to deliver entertainment.
