The opposition MDC has given notice of a Press Conference to be held at the party’s headquarters, Morgan House today.
The notice was given by party Secretary-General, Chalton Hwnde who posted on microblogging site, Twitter and said:
<blockquote>Notice of an MDC Press Conference. You are cordially invited for a MDC Press Conference at 1400hrs today (Wednesday, 14 August 2019) at Morgan Tsvangirai House.</blockquote>
It is expected that the party intends to announce its plans with regards the planned 16 August demonstrations and a series of others expected to follow.
