100% Bonus For Civil Servants - Report

The civil work forcer is set to receive a 100% bonus this year the Chronicle reports. This was revealed by the Apex council chair who spoke to the publication and said 2019’s 13th cheque was based on their total income and not on their basic salary only.

Said Mrs Alexander:

We applaud Government for reverting to the old system. During our last meeting which was held on the 14th of October, Government made a commitment to pay civil servants full bonuses calculated on their total income inclusive of allowances such as housing and transport allowances. This is a great step that shows that engagement has been fruitful

This came as civil servants demand a 100% bonus after they received a fraction of their income last year after the government deducted allowances from the total they extended to the civil servants as a bonus.
