VP Chiwenga's Wife, Marry, Arrested By ZACC
Marry, the wife of Vice President Constantino Chiwenga has been arrested by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission.
Hopewell Chin’ono posted on Twitter suggesting that the former model is being detained at Rhodesville Police Station for fraud, misrepresentation and money laundering.
The laundering charge involves buying a home in South Africa. Chin’ono reports that Police sources say that she was detained this evening.
Marry and Chiwenga had a fallout and reports suggest that upon his arrival from China where he was receiving medical attention for the past four months, the VP ordered her to vacate their Borrowdale home an ultimatum which she is said to be resisting.
