Today we held a meeting with the @ChineseZimbabwe Ambassador Guo Shaochun who emphasised that he always advises Chinese companies investing in Zimbabwe to obey the law and work within the regulations. The environment should be respected and minerals sold through formal channels.
The donation announcement was highly criticised by one Twimbo Karigoka who said the government should admit failure as they are now celebrating donations of US$3600
When you have been reduced to nothing you celebrate receiving HP laptops valued at USD200 (max) each, which translates to something like USD3600 and is celebrated. Just 3k folks, please admit failure.
