ZESA 'Sorry' Over Power Outage In Harare
The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC), a subsidiary of state-owned ZESA Holdings, has apologised to its customers in parts of Harare for unplanned power cuts.
In a statement, the power utility said its engineers and technicians are working flat out to rectify the fault. The notice read:
The Zimbabwe Electricity Transmission and Distribution Company (ZETDC) would like to apologise its valued customers in Harare Region of a power outage affecting Harare Region’s Parkridge 132/33kV substation.
FeedbackThe areas that have been affected by the fault are Mufakose, Budiriro, Glenview, Kuwadzana, WhiteCliffe, Glenary and the surrounding areas.
ZETDC engineers and technicians are working to rectify the problem.
The inconvenience caused is sincerely regretted.
