Lovemore Kurotwi is a Zimbabwean Businessman, chairman of the Zimbabwe Diamond Centre (ZDC) and founder Diamond mining company, Core Mining and Mineral Resources and Cornway College.Lovemore Kurotwi also Authored a books titled: The Rise and Fall of Chiadzwa: My Personal Experience.
Kurotwi was arrested in 2010 on charges of prejudicing the State of $2 billion in a botched diamond deal after then Mines minister Obert Mpofu accused him of fraud.In 2018 he appeared before the Mines and Mining Development parliamentary portfolio Committee where he stated that Obert Mpofu demanded a ten million dollar bribe from him and his company.[1]
