News:Ex ZBC presenter ordered off property

<vote /> Former ZBC's Radio Zimbabwe presenter,Alice Masuku has been ordered by the High Court to surrender the estate she fraudulently inherited from her late half-brother Mbizo Masuku who died on December 4, 2002, after she allegedly posed as his surviving spouse.

Alice was locked in a legal batte with her late brother's son, Natsho over a house in Old Pumula suburb in Bulawayo. Natsho challenged a decision by the then provincial magistrate Sikhumbuzo Nyathi to appoint Alice as heir to the estate.

Apart from being ordered off her late half-brother's estate, Alice was also ordered to pay Natsho's legal costs.

Alice Masuku was presenter of the popular Radio Zimbabwe show, Inhlupho Zanamhla which focuses on the socio-cultural and economic situations faced by families and individuals, especially widows and the disadvantaged in society.
