News:Government issues warning to social media users sending messages inciting violent demonstrations
<vote /> The Government has warned members of the public to stop sending messages promoting violent demonstrations. A youth movement known as Tajamuka is being accused of sending these messages. Information Communication Technology Minister Supa Mandiwanzira said that the messages were a violation of the Postal and Telecommunications Act and those found on the wrong side of the law would be brought to book.
Mandiwanzira said,
"It's important for everybody to understand that anything you post on social media or over the top services can be traced back to who started them."
He went on to say that social media should be used for business, social interaction which does not threaten other people, their business or the State.
