News:Mkwananzi arrested and accused of using phone while driving. Police refuse to let him pay fine

<vote /> Promise Mkwananzi who was arrested earlier today by the police is being accused of using a phone while driving. According to the update on Tajamuka/Sesjikile Campaign's Facebook page Mkwananzi is being denied the right to pay a fine for the offence.
