Otis Fraser is a Zimbabwean radio and television personality who was working for Star FM where he presented the show TXO (the cross over) from 12 noon to 3PM from Monday to Thursday before quitting the station due to frustration. He was famous for co-presenting with Elizabeth Pursulk the show Teen Scene in Montrose Studios Bulawayo that aired on ZBC TV in the nineties. Fraser has also worked for Gabz FM in Botswana and also featured on reality show Big Brother Africa: The Chase.


His father is a former musician and his sister was a finalist on the music show CBZ A Academy who later ventured into music.[1]


He worked at ZBC TV where he presented the show Teen Scene with Elizabeth Pursulk and lSizwakele “Zwa” Ndlovu. He was also a DJ on the then Radio 3 before leaving Zimbabwe in the 90s. After leaving Zimbabwe he worked for Gabz FM in Gaborone, Botswana. He also played as a club DJ in Johannesburg, South Africa and London, United Kingdom.[2] While in South Africa he produced “Tsodiyo” and “Final Battle” for the late Lebo Mathosa of Boom Shaka and Bongo Muffin, respectively.[3]

In 2013, Fraser featured on Big Brother: The Chase where he played at the Channel O Party Zone where he entertained the housemates.[4]

Before presenting TXO, Fraser or The Flow as he affectionately known on radio, presented Flow Tyme Drive Show.[3]
