Tshelanyemba Mission Hospital

Tshelanyemba Mission Hospital is a health facility run by the Salvation Army Church in the Matabeleland South Province. The hospital is 157 kilometres south of Bulawayo, near the South African border.

Background

The hospital provides community healthcare for all the local people but also offers specialist care in HIV/AIDS testing and counselling and community outreach programmes, including HIV/AIDS education.^[1]
