Job Description

Applicants are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the vacant posts that have arisen in the Zimbabwe Human Rights Commission.

Reports To: Administrative Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities

Cleaning of office furniture (including desks and tables), office floors, corridors, kitchen areas, ablution facilities, front office and surroundings.
To collect and deliver mail and other documents/correspondence to required destinations.
To distribute correspondence from office to office when required.
To assist in cleaning and availing relevant provisions at venues of meetings
To assist with loading and unloading any goods/wares being moved from or brought to ZHRC premises.
To perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the Administrative Assistant.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 '0' Level passes including English Language.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Good interpersonal skills .
