I Am Supporting ED, But I Do Not Want Him To Overstay, Chamisa Will Lead Zim One Day: Mliswa
Independent legislator for Norton, Temba Mliswa has said that he will be backing President Emmerson Mnangagwa in the July 30 elections. Mliswa also said that he has no doubt that Chamisa will one day lead the country as well. Speaking to The Standard, Mliswa said,
People think that I am a wolf in sheep’s skin, but I want to say that one does not need to be in Zanu PF in order to support Mnangagwa or even to be a member of the MDC Alliance to support Nelson Chamisa. In this election, I will support Mnangagwa, but I also have no doubt that Chamisa will one day lead this country. It is only a matter of time… For the next five years we need a good leader like Mnangagwa, but at the same time I do not want him to overstay…If Mnangagwa wins he should consider me for Sports minister. I am open to becoming Sports minister for any government because I am someone with a lot of expertise.
