Steward Bank has launched WhatsApp Banking. Steward’s customers can use this service to access various banking services on WhatsApp.

For one to use the service they have to save a certain Steward Bank phone number, send “Hi” and you then start to communicate with a virtual assistant (bot) called Batsi. The things you can do on Steward Bank’s Whatsapp banking service include:
