The influenza virus is usually carried on the hands and enters the body through the mouse, nose or eye. Minimise touching your face this winter you may have caught the virus from somewhere and touching your face may be the easiest way to get it into your system.
2. Get Enough Sleep
Winter is the best time to sleep, the nights are long. Sleeping will help the body to recharge and repair all those broken tissues and prepare to attack any foreigner that wants to make a residence in our bodies.
3. Drink Green Tea
Tea has so many benefits. Apart from thawing us, it helps warm the body and gives our immune system a boost.
4. Limit Alcohol
Too much alcohol may lead to some nutrition deficiencies which may affect the immune system which you really need to be in pristine condition this winter.
5. Drink Water
Water will flush out toxins and keep you hydrated. Usually, heating systems will cause dehydration which in turn weakens our system. Drinking water will ensure that your body is operating in opium condition.
6. Eat more vegetables and fruits
Vegetables and fruits are full of antioxidants and nutrients that will keep our body in good condition to fight foreigners( if you catch my drift). Bottom line healthy foods help the body in fighting diseases.
7. Rest and Relax
Any form of stress weakens the body. If you are tired rest, if you are stressed relax. Any strain to the body will weaken the body and makes it more prone to infections.
