We Are Sincere In Delivering Necessary Reforms - SB Moyo
The foreign affairs minister has said the government of Zimbabwe is serious about implementing reforms. General Moyo was speaking to journalists when he said the country also deserved international support in its pursuit of economic and political implementation.
Moyo who was speaking about reforms and reiterating that the government is seeking to recover funds where there was “clear cut evidence of pilfering” said:
The international community needs to understand and nurse this country. This country has suffered for the past two decades. This is the time when it must be supported in its reforms.
FeedbackThis country is undertaking all these reforms, with all the painful processes which are taking place, without any form of support from outside. No lines of credit, no balance of payments support, nothing, We are a sincere government in delivering the necessary reforms and freedoms
The government so far has reintroduced the Zimbabwean dollar as a reform measure among other measures.
