Caps United Back On PSL Summit

Caps United regained top position in the Premier Soccer League on Thursday afternoon after beating ZPC Kariba 2-1 at Rufaro Stadium.
ZPC Kariba scored first but was pegged back when Caps United super-sub Newman Sianchali rose from the bench to score twice in the second half.
Wins by Chicken Inn and FC Platinum on Wednesday had pushed the Green Machine down to third.
The win over Katuruturu ensured that Makepekepe is now on top with three games left before the curtain comes down on the 2019 season.
Caps United are now on 54 points while Chicken Inn and FC Platinum are both on 52 points although the former boasts of a superior goal difference.
