Aston Villa Lose To 10-Men Watford, Nakamba Is An Unused Substitute
Ten-men Watford has won 3-0 against Aston Villa in an EPL match played on Saturday. Watford got goals from Troy Deeney 42′, 67′ (P) and Ismaïla Sarr 71′.
Aston Villa were without defensive midfielder Marvelous Nkamba who watched the match from the bench as Smith chose Douglas Luiz over him.
While Watford have extended their unbeaten run to three matches, the Blue and Claret army is now in the relegation zone with 18 points after 20 matches.
Dean Smith’s side has won only one, against Norwich, of its last six matches in the top flight.
The Villans committed many errors within and nearer to the box which the hosts capitalised.
