Delta Volumes Declined An Average Of 40% In 2019's 3rd Quarter
Delta beverages reported a massive decline in volumes across all its segments in the 3 months leading to 30 September 2019, The Chronicle reports. This is mainly due to a change in consumer buying patterns hugely affected by the prevailing economic situation.
According to the publication:
Lager beer volumes declined 48 percent compared to the same period last year, sorghum beer volumes declined by 15 percent, while sparkling beverages were down 56 percent.
