WATCH: Chinotimba And Sikhala Fuming In Partly Over University Fees Hikes

Buhera legislator Joseph Chinotimba and Job Sikhala took turns in parly to roast Professor Murwirwa over the tertiary education fees hikes. They both demanded the minister to explain if they ever considered the salaries people are earning over the fees universities pegged for the first semester of 2020.
