GZU Commissions A PPE Manufacturing Factory

Great Zimbabwe State University has commissioned a textile and garment factory to be used in Professional Protective Equipment manufacturing, The Herald reports.
The factory which is situated at Robert Mugabe School of Education in the Masvingo industrial area will also be used to teach students garment-making skills according to GZU director for information and public relations Mr Anderson Chipatiso who said;
We have completed building of a state-of-the-art textile and garment factory at Robert Mugabe School of Education where we will manufacture PPEs such as gowns, caps among other items for health personnel.
FeedbackThe factory will allow mass production of PPE, which we hope will go a long way in equipping our health personnel at the frontline of the Covid-19 fight.
GZU is also manufacturing hand sanitizers and according to Chipatiso they are at an advanced stage building a proper sanitizer manufacturing factory:
