I Chat With Ramaphosa Almost Daily, There Is No Rift Between The ANC & Zanu PF - ED
President Emmerson Mnangagwa this afternoon while addressing the Zanu PF Central Committee said his constant communication with ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa was a clear indication that there is no bad blood between the ruling party and the South African ruling party, ZimMorning Post reports.
Said the Zanu PF first secretary:
There have been falsehoods and malicious propaganda campaigns by detractors through media platforms but the party has remained focused…The crisis exists in their mind. We have challenges like other countries. We will not seek outside mediation to come and deal with (the) challenges they also have.…We can never be shaken by social media. We have elements peddling falsehoods that ZANU PF and ANC are not in good books. Yet I chat with President Ramaphosa almost daily,
FeedbackThe President also took the time to try and convince his supporters that the economy is stabilising and said:
Through my direct interventions the macroeconomics is stabilising. Government taking measures to deal with mobile networks involved in criminal dealings
The government has denied claims by anyone who says there is a crisis in Zimbabwe to the point of attacking Bishops who wrote a pastoral letter rebuking the government on suppressing people’s freedom of expression.
