Diarrhea Rocks Bulawayo's Queens Park Suburb
Diarrheoa cases have increased in Queens Park Suburb in Bulawayo amid reports that they are being caused by water shortages, the Daily News reports.

The community health worker for Queens Park alerted the area environmental health officer on concerns that a number of people seemed to be suffering from diarrhoea in the area. The concern was investigated and confirmed.
FeedbackNo deaths have been recorded so far and the government is yet to say anything about the possible outbreak, Bulawayo is having a dire water shortage crisis which the government promised to solve to help the country’s second-largest city.
In July typhoid and dysentery outbreak in Luveve claimed the lives of 13 people and over 1500 were treated for the waterborne disease. The Local Government Minister July Moyo confirmed that the water that was pumped to Luveve had human waste.
